  • 2) Donation received and receipt provided
  • 3) Donated equipment goes through sales processing
  • 4) Scholarship Committee reviews student applicants and makes selection
  • 5) Scholarship check issued directly to student receipient
  • 6) Press release made with name of scholarship receipient and major donor(s)
  • 7) Student receipient to provide progress report to major donor(s) at the end of year when scholarship was received

Scholarship Purpose: Provide scholarships to all students enrolled in a 2-year engineering or surveying program at a state licensed career school. Since most scholarships are only available to degree granting institutions this scholarship will provide academic support to the under served career school student population.

Applications Requirements: Applicants must meet all of the following minimum requirements:

  • Applicant is enrolled in a state licensed career school
  • Applicant is enrolled in a two-year engineering or surveying program
  • Applicant holds at least a 3.0 GPA at a career school
  • Applicant has attached a career school transcript to prove the above qualifications
  • Applicant does not have relatives on the scholarship selection committee (Relatives of selection committee members are not eligible for scholarship)

Scholarship Amount: Typically $500 to $1,000

Award Details: Final award will be made under the following conditions:

  • A (3) member scholarship committee will rank applications and select recipients based on the application responses
  • The scholarship is awarded directly to the individual student as a single award
  • The student may use the award freely as they see fit
  • The student must be currently enrolled in a two-year engineering or surveying program at a career school at time of award
